R & D teams
We provide three diverse R & D prototypes with exciting projects
for each model.
 |
Option A helps us create better products
for you. |
 |
Option B helps solo-professionals or companies
build additional revenue streams. |
 |
Option C helps communities work together
for inspiring and amazing results. |
 |
Option A
|
Purpose
Consider your learning curve when you support the evolutionary
process of creating, testing, and perfecting our teleclasses. To
create direct or indirect revenue streams for yourself, or to stimulate
your reservoir of intellectual ideas, personal potential, and creative
self-expression, then consider joining our volunteer R & D team.
Guidelines
R & D team members generally spend 20 to 30 minutes per week reading
and responding to e-mails. Passive members typically read incoming
information only. At any time, you may reverse your passive or active
status. If you like the idea of becoming a "virtual" team member
and prefer to interact anonymously with our host leader, please
review the subscriber guidelines below:
 |
We host several research and development teams simultaneously
via e-mail and/or teleclasses |
 |
We personally respond to approximately 5% of the e-mails we
receive |
 |
We take an embryonic idea (yours or ours) and merge it with
hundreds of similar, parallel, or contradictory opinions |
 |
We provide the group with continued feedback on the progress
of all of our projects |
 |
We complete or hire contractors to complete 98% of the total
project: refining, marketing, and delivery phases |
 |
We provide R & D members with complimentary services or reduced
fees relating to the final product |
 |
We own the final product; however, individual and group licensing
options will be made available to the general public |
 |
Anyone can join! The more opinions we tabulate, the better
the final product; however, given our time constraints, we will
restrict the number of volunteers to 1,000 R & D members |

Invitation
Ultimately, the value of participation is determined by
you. When you send an e-mail to research@heartwave.ca,
our automated message filter will subscribe you as a passive group
member, provided you accept the terms and guidelines described above.
You are then entitled to receive e-mail announcements whenever we
introduce new projects. One of our current projects is Fifty
ways to love the boss you hate! We guarantee that this project
will stop you from saying, "Same old, same old."
 |
Option B
|
Purpose
We anticipate that this internal R & D model will be used by solo-professionals
and corporations in lieu of unproductive networking events, boring
general meetings, or outdated customer surveys. These R & D teams
may fill a short-term or long-term need such as:
 |
Creating a bridge between complimentary and adversarial departments |
 |
Previewing the skill set of selected employees or service
providers |
 |
Providing more real-time customer service options |
 |
Inspiring employees to find their corporate niche |
 |
Creating multiple income-producing streams |
 |
Reducing research and development costs |
 |
Evolving new product lines and services |

Guidelines
Many of the guidelines outlined here model our successful prototype
described under Option A above; however, please note that
 |
We host only one short-term evolutionary project: creating
and perfecting an internal R & D prototype |
 |
We keep specific information proprietary, if requested by
the R & D member |
 |
We personally respond to approximately 3% of the e-mails we
receive |
 |
We take an embryonic idea (yours or ours) and merge it with
hundreds of similar, parallel, or contradictory opinions |
 |
We will write a report or downloadable e-book that is owned
by us |
 |
We will provide R & D members with a complimentary copy of
the report or e-book |
 |
We will restrict the number of volunteers to 500 R & D members |

Option C
|
Purpose
In this model, R & D team members share responsibility by
 |
Assisting in the development of the emergent R & D prototype |
 |
Developing a community project that generates passion and
inspiration |
 |
Creating practical solutions that encompasses community healing |
 |
Combining the wisdom of several industry sectors, including
profit and not-for-profit components |
Guidelines
This model works best when cross-marketing and collaboration exists
between several industries working towards a common community goal.
If you like the idea of mutual group learning with a diverse group
of subscribers, please note the general structure of this model.
 |
The structure and the process for this prototype will blossom
through a series of progressive evolutions. |
 |
All project leaders and team members are pre-screened for
clear, concise community dreams and aspirations. |
 |
All project leaders and team members share energy, intellectual
property (IP) rights, and revenue streams. |
 |
All project leaders and team members co-create solutions to
a common cause. |
 |
Love and trust versus fear and doubt form the basis of group
thinking. |
 |
All significant contributors receive attribution for their
input. |
 |
All project leaders and team members pay a sliding scale fee
to participate. |
 |
A separate trust fund is created for required expenditures. |
 |
The final creation belongs to the evolutionary group. |

Volunteers
Advisory board members are currently seeking project leaders who
are open to the viewpoints of appreciative
inquiry (PDF format), and who are specialists in one or more of the following
categories:
 |
Research and measurement teams |
 |
Project awareness and attraction models |
 |
Media partnership and acceleration strategies |
 |
Editorial, writing, and publication standards |
 |
Grants and fundraising strategies |
 |
Web creation and development |
 |
Legal advice and protection |
Project development includes distinct phases for conceptual
and practical development, proof of viability, packaged solutions,
marketing strategies, e-commerce solutions, leveraging opportunities,
and ongoing product and service perfection.
Initial suggestions indicate that project leaders make a time commitment
of seven focused hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. Typically,
this will appeal to retirees and individuals who love the freedom,
excitement, and responsibility this type of R & D model generates.
If you believe that this community project will enhance your life's
mission, the advisory board would be pleased to receive your completed
application today.
The graphics illustrated here
(PDF format) demonstrate possible advisory board questions.
P.S. If you wish to be on our subscriber list for further developmental
bulletins, without obligation, please forward an e-mail to research@heartwave.ca.
